Pax-i Terms of Service
Last updated: 3/17/2026These Terms govern access to and use of Pax-i. Pax-i is provided by C1X, Inc. Subject to the agreement and applicable subscription order, Pax-i grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform during the subscription term.
Agreement
By accessing or using Pax-i, users agree to these Terms of Service provided by C1X, Inc.
Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for account administration, user permissions, and the security of credentials. Use of the service must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Customer Data
The customer retains rights in customer data. Pax-i may process customer data to provide, secure, improve, and support the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy, DPA, and subscription terms.
Fees and Billing
Subscriptions, renewal terms, billing terms, payment obligations, taxes, suspension rights, and refund limitations are governed by the applicable order form or checkout flow.
Disclaimers and Liability
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages are excluded. Aggregate liability should be aligned with commercial terms and finalized by counsel.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach subject to cure rights, or as otherwise set out in the applicable order. Upon termination, access may end and data handling will follow the agreement and applicable retention commitments.
